Job Description:

Zephyr Interior Design Academy (ZIDA), a leading creative hub for interior design education in Nigeria, is looking for a talented and passionate Full-Time Interior Design Facilitator to join our academic team. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, has industry experience, and is excited to mentor the next generation of interior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily, in-person interior design classes (Monday–Friday)
• Teach core modules in interior design, decoration, space planning, and more
• Guide students through projects, critiques, and real-life simulations
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and student experience
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
• Offer support and mentorship to students throughout the course

Requirements:

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field
• At least 2 years of practical or teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, styles, and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for education, creativity, and innovation

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or Canva)
• Experience working in a studio or real-world design environment
• Ability to manage class projects and timelines efficiently
