INJECTION MOLDING FACTORY/PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled manager with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to oversee the daily operations of our injection molding factory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring smooth mold maintenance and repairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Oversee the entire injection molding production process to meet quality and output targets.

– Supervise and train production staff to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.

– Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines (hydraulic and electric).

– Manage and repair molds, dies, and tooling components to reduce downtime.

– Ensure proper machine calibration, programming (PLC-based systems), and electrical troubleshooting.

– Implement lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques to improve productivity.

– Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

– Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials and machine parts.

– Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and factory performance.

– Work closely with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Educational Background : Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

-Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in injection molding production and factory management.-

-Strong knowledge of mold maintenance, tool repair, and machine troubleshooting.

– Hands-on experience with electrical components, PLC systems, and automation in injection molding machines.

– Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

– Proficiency in quality control methods, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.

– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

– Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
