Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing influencer collaborations that promote our ITel Accessories brand. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good grasp of social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to promote itel Accessories products.
• Coordinate influencer activities, including creating campaign briefs, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
• Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance and overall social media engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment between influencer content and brand objective
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencers to refine influencer strategies.
• Assist in preparing contracts, approval forms, and documentation for influencer payments.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, particularly within the Nigerian market.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
