HVAC Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems at our client sites. You’ll also help with inspections, routine servicing, emergency repairs, and ensuring equipment is safe and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

· Install, service, and repair air conditioners and refrigeration systems

· Carry out routine maintenance and emergency repairs

· Inspect HVAC systems to find and fix faults before they become major problems

· Clean, test, and replace faulty parts

· Keep daily records of work done and parts used

· Support and train junior technicians when needed

· Follow safety rules and wear protective gear while working

· Help customers with basic questions and report issues to your supervisor

· Prepare and follow up on maintenance schedules

· Monitor equipment use and ensure proper handling

· Submit daily reports and feedback on work done

· Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: SSCE, NABTEB, ormOND

· Certifications: Trade Test I, II & III or other relevant certifications

· Experience: At least 3 years working with AC and refrigeration systems

· Good hands-on experience with industrial air conditioners

· Able to find and fix mechanical or electrical faults

· Knowledge of safety procedures (toolbox talk, risk assessment, etc.)

· Good communication and customer service skills
