This is a pivotal, full-time, on-site opportunity for a Human Resources Manager based in Lagos.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and overseeing all facets of HR functions which include but are not limited to recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, the role demands ensuring strict compliance with both labour laws and internal company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, from talent scouting to hiring, ensuring a fit both in skill and company culture.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and foster growth.
- Manage employee relations and address any employment issues that arise, maintaining a harmonious workplace.
- Oversee performance management processes, setting clear metrics for success and conducting timely reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and organizational HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable.
