Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

· Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for various company departments.

· Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

· Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

· Implement performance evaluation programs and career development plans.

Training & Employee Development

· Organize staff training programs to improve skills in farm operations, sales, logistics, and management.

· Work closely with the R&D and Training Department to implement internal employee training.

· Develop and promote employee retention strategies.

Operations Management

· Process Optimization – Streamline business operations, improving efficiency in procurement, logistics, and resource allocation.

· Supply Chain & Inventory Management – Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and stock management for agricultural products.

· Budgeting & Cost Control – Manage operational expenses, ensuring financial sustainability.

· Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure workplace safety measures, especially in farm operations and agro-processing units.

· Technology Integration – Implement digital tools for HR and operations efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.

· Oversee contract management for employees, vendors, and service providers.

· Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate operational and workforce risks.

Workplace Culture & Employee Relations

· Foster a positive and productive work culture to enhance employee engagement.

· Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.

· Ensure workplace diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities.

Key Deliverables

· HR Policy & Employee Handbook – Development and enforcement of company policies.

· Recruitment & Staffing Reports – Hiring progress, workforce analytics, and turnover rates.

· Training & Development Programs – Reports on employee training and skills enhancement.

· Operational Efficiency Reports – Analysis of resource utilization and logistics management.

· Compliance & Risk Reports – Documentation of labor law adherence and workplace safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR management, operations, or supply chain management.

· Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

· Proficiency in HR management software (HRIS, payroll systems, recruitment tools).

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multi-location operations, including farms, processing plants, and retail stores.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for workforce and operational challenges.

Other Requirements:

· Willingness to travel between company locations (farms, warehouses, retail stores).

· Strong ethics in employee relations, compliance, and business operations.
