Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, employee welfare, and management
  • Drive training and development initiatives
  • Ensure effective employee engagement strategies
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Maintain people governance and compliance
  • Facilitate key meetings and HR discussions

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • BSc required; MSc preferred
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills and high discipline

Pay: ₦650,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
