Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, employee welfare, and management
- Drive training and development initiatives
- Ensure effective employee engagement strategies
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Maintain people governance and compliance
- Facilitate key meetings and HR discussions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- BSc required; MSc preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and high discipline
Pay: ₦650,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
