Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Create, review, and update HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards and risks in the workplace to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental damage.
3. Monitor and Report HSE Performance: Track, analyze, and report HSE metrics, including incident rates, near misses, and compliance with regulations.
4. Provide HSE Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
5. Investigate Incidents and Accidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Maintain HSE Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of HSE incidents, training, and compliance activities.
2. Coordinate HSE Audits and Inspections: Schedule and participate in HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3. Develop and Implement Emergency Response Plans: Create and maintain emergency response plans to ensure effective response to incidents and emergencies.
