Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping activities and ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. The role includes managing housekeeping staff and enforcing hygiene protocols.

What you will be doing

Supervise and assign duties to housekeeping staff

Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness

Train and monitor staff performance

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Coordinate room readiness with front desk and maintenance

Address guest complaints and requests

Create staff schedules and manage rosters

Prepare housekeeping performance and occupancy reports

Enforce safety and cleanliness regulations

The ideal candidate

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality

Excellent attention to detail

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Willingness to work flexible shifts
