Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper at Blue Apple Hotel and Residence, located in Lagos. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, performing laundry duties, replenishing supplies, and ensuring high standards of sanitation. The Housekeeper will also ensure excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and special requests.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Proficiency in Laundry duties
• Experience in Training and development is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred
