Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Surulere, Lagos State. The ideal candidate must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. The candidate should be proficient in using hotel management software, have a friendly demeanor, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
