Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring service excellence across all departments.
- Lead and manage staff performance, development, and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates, revenue, and profitability.
- Maintain operational efficiency and cost controls while upholding quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports on hotel performance to executive management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience (4-star or similar setting preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
