Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring service excellence across all departments.
  • Lead and manage staff performance, development, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates, revenue, and profitability.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and cost controls while upholding quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
  • Provide regular reports on hotel performance to executive management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience (4-star or similar setting preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
