Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry trends
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Familiarity with hotel management/reservation software (PMS systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

As the Hotel Manager, you will be expected to confidently use Microsoft Office and relevant hotel software to oversee day-to-day operations. This includes managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, handling reservations, tracking inventory, and supporting staff with basic technical issues.
