Job Description:

For Nurses:

• Monitor and manage patient health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide wound care and basic medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families on care procedures

For Carers:

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure client safety and comfort
• Help with mobility and personal hygiene
• Report changes in the client’s condition

Requirements:For Nurses:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or home care experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

For Carers:

• Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience (formal or informal)
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety practices

License/Certification: nursing certification (Preferred)
