Job Description:
Brand Paddi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a commission-based Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Oversea and drive the following
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
3. Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and competitors.
- Identify and pursue new business partnerships and collaborations.
Commission Structure:
- Sales Commission: 20% of total sales revenue generated.
- Performance Bonus: 5% of total sales revenue generated, paid quarterly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
