Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the academy. This pivotal role will involve working closely with the Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager to ensure smooth internal coordination, growth strategy execution, and customer satisfaction.

This is a remote and performance-based role, with flexibility and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across departments.
• Collaborate with the BDM, marketing, and social media teams to align operations with business goals.
• Monitor class schedules, program activities, and student engagement.
• Streamline workflow and process management to improve efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer or student concerns with professionalism.
• Track internal performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
• Ensure team accountability and enforce timely communication across units.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or operations management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A background in art, education, or the creative industry is an added advantage.
