Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion.
• Provide strategic direction, creative leadership, and technical expertise to the design team.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Lead multiple architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Implement innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with the firm’s vision.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address design challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and new design technologies.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 12-15 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale architectural projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian building regulations and codes.

Education: Master’s (Required)

Experience: Architecture: 10 years (Required)

Pay: ₦750,000.00 – ₦900,000.00 per month
