Job Description:
We are looking for a specialist to handle hotel after-sales service, primarily communicating with guests via WhatsApp and calls to ensure their satisfaction and responding to inquiries promptly. This position is hybrid and ideal for individuals who are responsible and have strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Guest Follow-up:
Send WhatsApp messages to guests based on hotel system records to inquire about their stay experience.
- After-Sales Support:
Respond to guest messages and calls on WhatsApp promptly, addressing their feedback or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reservation Handling:
Respond promptly to room booking inquiries made through WhatsApp or phone calls and confirm reservations.
- Data Recording:
Organize and record customer feedback to provide insights for service improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a polite and professional approach to guest interactions.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp with good typing speed and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred, especially in the hospitality industry.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Hybrid work capability, with availability during working hours to check and respond to messages.
Work Hours:
Required to check and respond to messages at set times daily (flexible working hours can be discussed).
- Salary expectation:
The basic monthly salary for this role is ₦40,000 with a bonus of ₦20,000 based on KPI.
