Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.

Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through testing and analysis.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, partnerships, and operations, to drive aligned growth objectives.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and brand visibility.

Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and guide decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth, marketing, product, or strategy roles, preferably in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful growth campaigns.

Experience working in emerging markets or health-tech is a strong plus.
