Job Description:
We’re looking for a Growth and Partnership Associate to support our go-to-market efforts, assist in driving user acquisition, and help build meaningful strategic partnerships. You’ll work directly with the Growth and Partnership Specialist to identify and convert high-intent leads, onboard acquisition partners (travel consultants, relocation agents, educational advisors), and support offline activations and campaigns. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly drive platform growth.

Source and qualify high-potential clients interested in migration services.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and offline events to onboard leads.
Identify, onboard, and activate partners such as travel agents, consultants, and community referrers.
Coordinate meetings, demos, and onboarding sessions for partners.
Maintain consistent communication with active partners to generate leads and boost conversions.
Manage CRM updates, lead handover processes, and internal campaign trackers.
Assist in creating outreach assets (decks, welcome kits, scripts) and refining the growth playbook.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
