Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for online and offline marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and creating more expressive graphics for the company’s content strategy.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the various real estate projects being developed by the company.
• Design content for social media, flyers, brochures, and presentations
• Ensure projects are completed promptly with quality assured.
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Handle basic video editing or animations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree with 1 – 3 years of work experience. Prior experience in Real Estate Graphics design is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of wide range of advanced media and graphic design softwares
• Creativity and attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates must reside within Yaba and its environs
• Candidates must be willing to work from office from Monday to Friday.
