Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a passionate and creative Graphics Designer. You must be passionate and able to bring concepts and ideas to life. He or She will create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers to choose the company’s brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Creating and maintaining a cohesive visual style across all brands materials, such as Logos, color scheme, design ideas that aligns with the company images.

2. Develop eye-catching and brand- consistent graphics, animations and infographics for social media platforms ensuring each post conveys the hospitality brands tone’s and messages.

3. Creating visuals for digital ads, including banners, emails newsletter, and display ads, to attract potential guests and showcase key aspects of the property or service.

4. Designing custom graphics for in-house events, conferences, or guest experiences, such as themed events or seasoned decoration, to enhance the guest experience.

5. Work closely with teams to understand upcoming promotions or campaigns, ensuring designs align with the business goals and marketing strategies.

6. Designing digital and print materials including brochures, menu, event invitation, flyers and posters for marketing campaigns, seasoned promotions and special events.

7. Integrate company values into design work in order to effectively demonstrate the nature of the company brands and attract customers on an ideological basis.

8. Study design briefs and determine requirements.

9. Schedule projects and define budget constraints to the management.

10. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

11. Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.

12. Carry out quarterly surveys to determine engagement levels.

13. Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for all projects.

14. Collaborate with the team to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.

15. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with quality products.

16. Work closely with the IT engineer team to manage back-end administrative duties and inventory contents.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCES

• A bachelor’s degree
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Flexibility
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.

Salary: 100,000 – 150,000

Gender: Male or Female

Time of Work: Hybrid

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
