Job Description:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, and project presentations. The role ensures consistency in visual communication, enhances client deliverables, and collaborates with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Design high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, presentations, proposals, social media content, and websites.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and marketing teams to produce visual renderings, diagrams, and illustrations for design concepts and client presentations.
• Assist in preparing visual materials for project bids and marketing campaigns, ensuring professional and engaging content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce innovative and impactful designs.
• Adapt and format designs for various media channels, ensuring they meet resolution and quality requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas that align with the company’s objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to ensure the firm remains innovative in its visual communication.
• Work closely with marketing teams to design promotional materials that showcase the firm’s projects and services effectively.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a design, construction, or architecture-related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic architectural and construction concepts is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦180,000.00 per month
