Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team at a T-shirt production factory located in Yaba, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing graphics for t-shirts and other apparel items. If you have experience with DTF (Direct to Film) or Borderless printing machines, that will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Create original and trend-forward graphic designs for t-shirts and apparel.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs align with printing specifications.

Prepare and finalize print-ready files.

Ensure consistency in branding and design quality across all products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.

Operate or assist with DTF/Borderless printing machines where necessary (if experienced).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in fashion or print production.

Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to take feedback and improve designs accordingly.

Experience using DTF or Borderless printing machines is a plus.
