Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs to support the branding, marketing, and sales efforts of the real estate firm.

• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, presentations, and ads.
• Create engaging content and layouts for the company’s website, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop branding concepts that align with company goals.
• Edit and enhance property photos and videos for promotional use.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with real estate trends and design tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
• Assist in designing event backdrops, banners, and other promotional materials as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within real estate or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Skills:

• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools or web design is an added advantage.
