Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background, along with a solid understanding of various IT tools and technologies to create visually appealing designs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from branding and web design to user interface elements and more, while collaborating with developers and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Creation : Develop visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, print materials, and other digital platforms.
• Branding & Identity : Work on brand creation and development, ensuring consistency across all visual media.
• UI/UX Design : Design user-friendly interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration with Development Teams : Coordinate closely with web developers and IT teams to implement designs, ensuring that visual assets are properly integrated.
• Design Software Proficiency : Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating and editing digital assets.
• Responsive Design : Create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing : Develop simple motion graphics and edit videos for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Troubleshooting & Design Optimization : Work with the development team to troubleshoot and optimize design files for websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure Design Consistency : Maintain consistency and accuracy in the implementation of design specifications across all projects.
• Stay Updated : Continuously learn about the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience : At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Design Software : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design tools.
• UI/UX Knowledge : Experience with designing user interfaces and optimizing user experiences.
• Web Design : Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing : Ability to create basic motion graphics and edit videos using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Problem Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills to handle design and IT-related issues.
• Attention to Detail : Excellent eye for detail with a passion for precision and creative output.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree : A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with 3D Design or Animation : Knowledge of tools like Blender or Cinema 4D would be a plus.
