Job Responsibilities:

Funding Strategy & Acquisition – Identify, secure, and manage funding sources, including venture capital, angel investors, grants, and corporate sponsorships.

Develop funding strategies that align with business objectives, product development stages, and market opportunities.

Financial Planning & Management – Work closely with finance teams to ensure proper fund allocation, manage cash flow, and maintain financial sustainability.

Oversee budgeting, financial projections, and ROI analysis to meet investor and funding expectations.

Grant Writing & Proposal Development – Prepare compelling grant applications and funding proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals, compliance requirements, and impact measurement. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) from funding agencies, corporations, and private investors.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, funding bodies, and financial institutions.

Present business plans, product visions, and financial models in a way that attracts investment.

Compliance & Funding Optimization – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, funding agreements, and reporting standards. Identify opportunities for tax incentives, R&D tax credits, and other funding mechanisms to maximize financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

Ability to secure diverse funding sources, including venture capital, grants, and corporate sponsorships.

Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting standards, and equity agreements.

Skilled in managing funding projects, budgets, and resource allocation.

Understanding of PropTech innovations, real estate trends, and smart city solutions.

Experience with startup funding cycles, incubators, and government grants.
