Graduate Architect

Job Description:

We seek detail-oriented student and graduate architects with strong design capabilities in residential and commercial architecture. Selected candidates will work on a project basis, contributing to interior and exterior designs, 3D modeling, MEP coordination, and architectural documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, elevations, and sections
• Create 3D renderings and animations for design visualization
• Work on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) integration for both interior and exterior spaces
• Select and document materials and finishes to ensure design consistency
• Assist in compiling full architectural documentation for sign-off by a senior registered architect
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of interior and exterior elements

Available Roles

1. Exterior and Structural Architect

• Exterior finishes and façade design
• Landscaping and external circulation planning
• 3D exterior animations and visualizations
• Elevations and sections for external structures
• MEP coordination for external elements (lighting, drainage, ventilation)

2. Interior and Functional Architect

• Interior finishes and layout planning (Type A/B/C configurations)
• Material selection for all interior spaces
• MEP integration for interior spaces (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• 3D interior visualizations and animations
• Elevations and sections for detailed interior design

Requirements

• Final-year architecture students or recent graduates in Architecture or related fields
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
• Ability to interpret and develop architectural documentation
• Basic understanding of MEP systems integration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with project teams

Employment Type: Project-Based

Compensation: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per project depending on aspects of designs you would be handling
