Job Description:

  • Internal Agency Sales CRM and Outreach System (Lead tracking, cold reply management, retainer closing)
  • Client-Facing Lead Delivery System (FB leads GHL CRM Scoring SMS/Email/Google Sheets deliveryFeedback loop)

You will:

  • Set up multi-pipeline systems inside GoHighLevel
  • Build scoring workflows for incoming leads
  • Connect FB Lead Ads to GHL directly
  • Route leads in real-time to lawyers via SMS and email
  • Build Google Sheet trackers for client transparency
  • Set up bonus/retention logic based on client feedback
  • Automate renewal reminders and upsells for multi-tort campaigns

  • GoHighLevel CRM
  • Facebook Lead Ads Integration
  • Google Sheets
  • Make.com (optional)
  • Stripe (trigger workflows from payments)
  • n8n + OpenAI API (optional for lead scoring summaries)

Requirements

  • 1+ year minimum experience building complex automations inside GoHighLevel
  • Comfortable with conditional workflows, pipelines, tagging systems
  • Experience connecting Facebook Lead Forms directly to GHL
  • Experience building client delivery and retention workflows
  • Fluent English communication (written + spoken)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Strong preference if you’ve worked in lead generation, legal marketing, or mass tort verticals before

300,000 – 400,000 NGN / Month
