We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company or business unit. The GM will be responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently, meeting goals, and maximizing profitability. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, achieve growth targets, and expand market share.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and implementing improvement strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development. Manage staffing levels and ensure a productive work environment.
• Ensure the organization adheres to industry regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
• Report to senior management or executives on key performance metrics, operational challenges, and progress toward goals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
