Job Description:

As a Fullstack Developer Trainer, you will play a critical role in guiding and mentoring our students through the intricacies of Fullstack Web Development. This is a hands-on, dynamic, and rewarding position where you will teach students the full stack of web technologies, with a focus on MERN stack and modern frameworks. You will also have the opportunity to share your expertise, inspire budding developers, and contribute to the curriculum development process.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical training to students, helping them master Fullstack Web Development.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training materials and course content related to Fullstack Web Development, including MERN stack and modern frontend frameworks.
• Mentor students through hands-on projects and coding challenges, providing real-time feedback and support.
• Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback to help them grow as developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, where students feel encouraged to ask questions and experiment with their skills.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the academy’s curriculum.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Fullstack Web Development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio of relevant work showcasing your skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven experience and demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and transfer knowledge to others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to a wide range of learners and provide tailored guidance.
