Job Description:

A dynamic tech firm is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full Stack Developer to join the team with expertise in web (Node.js) and mobile (Flutter) development to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only possess advanced technical expertise but also demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers in delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Integrate and implement advanced features, including Facial Biometrics, Geo-Fencing, and Geo-Location technologies.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to high coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development for web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React and backend technologies such as Node.js, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Flutter mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Experience in Flutter App development.
• Advanced skills in frontend frameworks (React, Typescript, or Vue.js).
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Facial Biometrics integration.
• Knowledge of Geo-Fencing and Geo-Location features.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Ability to deploy applications to web and mobile platforms.

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide proof of past projects demonstrating leadership and expertise in fullstack development.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of developers.

Pay: ₦350,000.00 – ₦650,000.00 per month
