Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist for our client located in Lagos. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs, providing patient counseling, and maintaining accurate patient records. Daily tasks also include interpreting prescriptions, monitoring drug therapies, and managing pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in dispensing medications, interpreting prescriptions, and managing drug therapies
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and pharmacy operations
• Excellent patient counseling and communication skills
• Solid ability to maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Nigeria
• Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus
