We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in developing applications for both mobile and web platforms. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interface components to ensure seamless experiences across various devices. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality applications for both mobile and web using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features across platforms.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications on both web and mobile.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs across multiple platforms.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for mobile application development
• Proficiency in MySQL, PHP, Java
• Proficiency in Python /Machine learning is highly desired.
• Experience with Firebase /Supabase for backend integration and tracking
• Knowledge of Unit tests, automation, and code reviews
• Understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices for both web and mobile.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Native app writing ability
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Adaptability: Ability to work on various mobile app projects, adapt to different platforms, and learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to design and implement efficient and scalable mobile applications
• Publishing: Knowledge of app publishing processes on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Desired Qualifications

• Working experience with no code/low code tools especially Flutter Flow
• Familiarity with: GraphQL, YAML, Gatsby, Redux, Node.js, REST API, UX, UI, Responsive Web Design, Working with JSON data structures.
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Possess a sense of ownership and professional pride
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a distributed/remote team environment
• Drive to be a self-starter and promote change when necessary

Gross Monthly Salary 200k₦ – 300k₦ depending on the experience, with potential salary increase contingent on your performance and company growth.
