Job Description:
As a Fulfilment Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting business operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. You collaborate closely with other departments to improve operational efficiencies. You will be reporting to the Fulfilment Lead.
Responsibilities
· Support all business operations to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
· Engage in fulfilment operations and ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
· Assist the Fulfillment lead to monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics (order shipping time, order accuracy etc.) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
· Collaborate with other departments like sales, production, and logistics to optimize the overall supply chain process.
· Perform all additional business operations needs as directed by the management.
Business Operations Support
Support key business operations and initiatives.
Logistics
Understand and utilize logistical systems and operations to successfully send and receive the necessary products and materials. These systems can include information about shipping requirements, budgets and schedules.
Communication
Communicate with the production team, clients, customers and fulfillment team and collaborate with business directors or leaders regarding shipping needs and requirements.
Candidates must reside in Lagos.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in any related field
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or logistics role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
