Job Description:

The Fuel Attendant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of fuel attendants and ensure efficient service at the fuel station.

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year
• Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of fuel attendants.
• Ensure proper dispensing of fuel and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor fuel stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel sales and transactions.
• Train and mentor fuel attendants to provide excellent customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Enforce station policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in any relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in fuel station operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of fuel station safety procedures.
