We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Front Office Assistant to oversee front desk operations, housekeeping, and laundry teams. The ideal candidate will handle guest interactions professionally while ensuring smooth daily operations, proper training of team members, and compliance with internal procedures. This role requires a commitment to excellent guest service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry team members.
- Manage front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure all guests settle their bills before departure—no exceptions.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, calls, and messages.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of guest service and cleanliness.
- Ensure proper training of all team members on duties, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Monitor adherence to departmental procedures and report issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the front office or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an added advantage.
