Job Description: 

As the Front Desk / Sales Executive, you will be the first face clients see and the first voice they hear—but also a key player in driving showroom sales. You’ll manage walk-in customers, guide them through our product offerings, and help close sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience from entry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom visitors—offering a warm, professional welcome
• Actively engage walk-in clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Drive in-store sales by providing detailed product information and showcasing design solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
• Support the entire sales process from product demonstration to purchase and after-sales service
• Handle calls, emails, and showroom bookings in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, including product displays and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a luxury or design-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance
• Proven sales ability and confidence in upselling premium products
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and modern POS systems
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
