We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk and Administrative Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your duties will include managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • First Degree in relevant fields.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • A customer-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
