Your duties will include managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- First Degree in relevant fields.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- A customer-oriented approach
