Job Description:

We are Seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Management Personnel with strong analytical skills to oversee and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, cost control, drivers management and data analysis to enhance fleet efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

•Monitor and manage the company’s fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.

•Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules using Microsoft Excel.

•Analyze fleet data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

•Come up with strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce downtime.

•Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance.

•Maintain accurate records of fleet expenses, service history, and driver performance.

•Provide regular reports and insights on fleet performance.

•Assist in budgeting and forecasting for fleet-related expenses.

•Ensure proper training and adherence to safety protocols for drivers.

•Have experience dealing with drivers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Must be a graduate from a reputable tertiary institution.

•Must be smart and agile.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

•Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

•Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and cost control strategies.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Must be ready to learn.

Job Requirements:

. HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant social science discipline.

. Entry level – 1 year of relevant experience will be an added advantage.

. Candidates must be at least 26 years at the time of application.
