Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fish Farmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our aquaculture program, including fish breeding, feeding, and health management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquaculture and fish farming, as well as excellent management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage the daily operations of the fish farm, including fish breeding, feeding, and health management.
• Oversee the maintenance of fish ponds, water quality, and other farm infrastructure.
• Develop and implement feeding and breeding programs to optimize fish growth and productivity.
• Monitor fish health and implement disease prevention and control measures as needed.
• Collaborate with other farm staff to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.
• Maintain accurate records of farm operations, including fish growth, feeding, and health data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fish farming and aquaculture
• Strong knowledge of fish breeding, feeding, and health management.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
