Job Description:

We are developing a sophisticated financial model for a U.S. healthcare consulting firm specializing in value-based care transformation. This is a 6-week project requiring expertise in Excel-based financial modeling with healthcare industry knowledge as a plus.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Financial Modeling Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria to assist with the development of a comprehensive value-based care financial model. You will work directly with the project lead to execute specific components of the model, focusing on formula construction, data table implementation, and UI refinement.

Responsibilities

• Build complex Excel formulas and data tables for healthcare financial analysis
• Assist in developing pricing calculators based on specified parameters
• Create sensitivity analysis components for ROI/VOI calculations
• Implement Microsoft Forms integration for data input
• Design user-friendly dashboards and visualization components
• Test formulas and calculations for accuracy and performance
• Document model components and functionality

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data tables, charts, conditional formatting)
• Experience building financial models (pricing models, ROI calculators, etc.)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection for virtual collaboration
• Available for 25-40 hours per week over the next 6 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare financial metrics a plus
• Background in financial analysis or consulting
• Familiarity with value-based care concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Forms integration
• Previous work with U.S.-based clients
