The Finance Associate will act as a utility player in the finance department, supporting critical functions in financial reporting, controls, risk management, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and internal audits. You will wear many hats, build processes from the ground up, and support the CFO and Finance Manager in executing strategic

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts; support treasury activities
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Conduct internal control checks and assist in audits
• Analyze financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
• Collaborate with production and sales teams for cost and inventory tracking
• Build and improve finance SOPs and internal processes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience
• BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a similar course of study

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time submission of monthly reports
• AR & AP reconciliation accuracy
• Zero major control violations or audit flags
• Bank reconciliation turnaround3 days weekly
