Finance Associate – Entry-Level

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance while supporting key finance functions within the organization.

Monthly Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 NET (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the reconciliation of financial statements, bank accounts, and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in tax computations, filing, and other statutory obligations.
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in cost control, expense tracking, and financial performance monitoring.
• Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by senior finance professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internships included).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Certification or progress toward a professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage..

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
