Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our FMCG client’s finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, including variance analysis and profitability assessments.
• Support cost analysis and control measures to enhance efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, sales performance, and profitability across product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making through financial insights.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
