Job Description:

Highly skilled Field Technician to assist our operations team by performing field service and equipment installation tasks. Responsibilities of the Field Technician include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining equipment, and providing on-site technical support.

1. Performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment and systems

2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment or systems in the field

3. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions

4. Preparing service reports detailing all work performed and any issues encountered

5. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

6. Training clients on how to properly operate and maintain their equipment

Qualifications

· Proven work experience as a Field Technician or similar role

· Technical degree or certification in Electronics or relevant field

· Hands-on experience with diagnostic, testing and repair equipment

· Understanding of electrical and telecoms systems

· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
