Job Description:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth in Sokoto and its surrounding areas. This is a full-time, on-the-field role designed for a motivated and proactive professional who enjoys engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell CCLE Rubber products to existing and prospective customers
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and customer follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while submitting regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • 0–3 years of sales experience (field sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Sokoto and surrounding terrain
  • Must reside in or around Sokoto – only applicants within close proximity will be considered
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories
