The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Objectives of this role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our Field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • years of experience in field sales, with at least 3 -5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Motivational speaking experience
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
