We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer durables, particularly small kitchen appliances, and a proven track record in field sales. This role demands an individual who is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about driving growth and building customer relationships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory Port Harcourt.

Promote and sell the company’s range of small kitchen appliances to retailers, distributors, and end consumers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.

Provide market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the consumer durable industry.

Experience in selling small kitchen appliances will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory (Port Harcourt and Kano).

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
