Job Description:

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities in assigned locations.
  • Plan and execute field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
  • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
  • Conduct door-to-door marketing and engage with people in public places
  • Approach potential clients to introduce available products and services.
  • Actively promote and sell our products through face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
  • Educate customers on product benefits and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in targeted locations.
  • Participate in promotional events and trade shows.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with business goals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Represent the brand professionally and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
  • Negotiate with retailers and third-party partners on promotional display of merchandise.
  • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs.
  • Provide Exceptional customer service, maintain professionalism and have a positive attitude.
  • Interact with customers, respond to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Provide additional management duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • SSCE or OND in Marketing
  • Proven work experience in Retail Sales, Product Promotion, Marketing or similar experience.
  • Excellent Communication, persuasion, Presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with different types of people confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of the products and services being promoted.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Must be physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
  • Time management and organizaTIon.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Proficient with social media — knows how to use WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • Computer, Internet, & Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc.)

*** Must Live within 30 – 45 minutes commute to Aguda, Ogba

Pay: ₦75,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
